You can have a note pad box with a photo and wording of your choice
 
Here's How it Works:
Order the amount of boxes that are required
Upload your chosen image through the form on my upload page
I will spend a day or two designing what it could look like
I will then send you the proof or proofs for you to choose from
Once you are satisfied, I will post your personalised note pad box
