Q: Can I look through all of the items on one page?

A: All of my items can be found here

Q: When do I upload my photo?

A: This is to be done after the purchase. This can be done by the form on the 'Image Upload' page. If it cannot, you can email, WhatsApp, or use the Live Chat function to send me your image.

Q: What happens with my order once I upload my image

A: Once I have received your image I will then spend a day or two designing what your item could look like. I will then send you the proof or proofs for you to choose from by email or WhatsApp message.

When you are satisfied with your item's design, I will post your personalised item.

Please Note

If I do not receive a response about your proof within two days, I will post the design that I think is best.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: I will post your item within three days of your order.

Evri (3-day Delivery) - 3-5 working days

Q: What do I do if my item has not been delivered?
